Terms and conditions

1. Age

The minimum age for car groups A and B is 21 years.

2. Documents required

The renter must have valid driving licence (national/international), valid passport or ID card.

3. Payment

Payment can be done only in cash.A returnable deposit is required to be left in cash. The guarantee required is 150 EURO for each car. The guarantee will be returned at car`s return time if the customer returns it in good conditions, with all documents, accessories and equipment at the place, date and time written in the agreement.The full renting price and the returnable deposit must be paid when signing the contract.

4. Prices

All prices are in EURO/day.The rental price includes third party liability insurance and FULL CASCO insurance.Mileage is limited at 400 km/day.Overtaking this limit is supplementary taxed at 0.1 EURO/km.Minimum rental duration is 24 hours. A grace period of 2 hours is allowed for after time due back. In case of delay for more than 2 hours rent due per 1 day is paid.

5. Penalities

In case of loosing the car documents or car keys a tax of 100 EURO+VAT will be applied.

6. Insurance coverage

All cars are insured. Damage insurance is not valid in the following cases:

• a) The driver is under influence of alcohol or the influence of drugs
• b) Circumvention from alcohol testing
• c) The car is engaged in illegal actions (theft, robbery, illegal transportation of goods or objects, etc)
• d) The renter has allowed another person not authorized in the contract or not having a driver`s licence to drive the car
• e) Car documents and keys are left inside the car during the theft
• f) In case of accident no police report for insurance occurance is presented upon returning the car.

In all of the above cases the renter must pay the total equivalent of the caused damage.

Supplementary for utility cars:

• a) the load can not exceed 1,300 kg;
• b) all sanctions applied by the authorized inspection bodies in the event of exceeding the maximum authorized load shall be paid by the driver of the vans or by the person who rented the van
• c) if it exceeds the loading limit set above the customer will be charged a penalty of 500 euros.

7. Delivery - collection

The car is picked up by the customer with the full tank and in good conditions, it will be delivered in the same state.
